At my internship this past summer, I had the pleasure of celebrating Christmas in July (July 25th) for the first time. This event, of course, called for decorations, and snowflakes were in that slew of Christmas-y decorations (in addition to a mini Christmas tree, lights, and Christmas sweaters). I was delegated the privilege to make the snowflakes, so supplied with good ‘ole, traditional coffee filters and a pair of scissors, I developed a pretty good method for making decently intricate snowflakes. Here’s how I made them.
