March 1 – Day 1

I woke early with determination…

I weighed… and will use my iPhone app – My Fitness Plan – to track the foods I eat during the day. I have updated it to watch my carb intake (diabetes), cholesterol (HDL too high), and salt/sodium (high blood pressure).

I’m ready!

OK, I’m off and running… to the mall… to WALk.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
